Call Centre Team Manager: North London
A great role has arisen within a well known company based in Central London. They are currently looking for a Team Manager with Call Centre Management experience. This dynamic organisation would welcome someone with ideas, enthusiasm and dedication. Long term career development opportunities available.
Daily Duties:
* Motivate the team to deliver excellent results for their clients
* Monitor KPI
* Spend time calling customers and clients where necessary or beneficial
* Working toward targets
* Maximise logged-on time
* Training of new staff
* Daily reporting back to the Centre Manager and client teams
* Use and analyse management reports
To be considered for the role you MUST:
* Have the ability to write coherent and clear reports
* Have sales experience
* Have the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Be very enthusiastic and positive
* Be determined and goal-driven
* Have experience of managing a team within a Call Centre
* Have experience of working to agreed targets
* Have coaching and development experience
* Have experience of managing a telemarketing team
* Have knowledge of telemarketing environment
£24000 to £25000 per annum
Do you have a good understanding of Commercial Value? Are you able to look after and make decisions on budgets? Do have experience of working with high level complaints though to resolution? Daily Duties Include:
* Corresponding with customers via telephone, letter and email
* Handling high level complaints from first point of contact through to resolution
* Analysing commercial value in order to decide whether you wish to offer compensation
* Authority to offer up to 100% compensation to customers
* Empathising with customers who have experienced difficulty
* Problem solving and managing customers expectations
Monday to Friday: Normal Office Hours
£25000 per annum + Parking
