Prior to establishing Rise Recruitment Ltd in 2004, Stephen worked for two market leading recruitment firms across various locations in the UK and Europe. Initially in financial recruitment, he managed branch level operations dealing with middle and senior level appointments. Since the late 1990's Stephen has been involved with the development of recruitment solutions for the Contact Centre industry which has now become his specialist sector.

Vicky joined the team in 2008 and has taken full responsibility for all the essential activities that keep day-to-day operations running at full speed. As an energetic and dedicated team player, Vicky ensures that everything from job boards to the database are up to date, payroll is correct and invoices go out in time. Vicky has a keen eye for detail and likes everything to be done to the highest standard.

Lisa is a founding member of the Rise Recruitment management team with an impressive range of recruitment experience particularly within the field of HR and Contact Centre Recruitment. She has account managed a notable number of Rise Recruitment clients and has earned a valuable reputation for delivering results. Lisa's has run high volume temporary and permanent desk but now concentrates on middle and senior level appointments. Lisa's good judgement and business acumen are traits which show through in operational activities and staff training.

Alex became a member of the operations team in May 2007 after a highly successful 9 year career in media sales. Alex has made a comfortable transition into recruitment and has quickly become a key member of the operations team specialising in permanent appointments. Alex is highly versatile and has managed high volume campaigns as well as senior vacancies for her key accounts.
