Online Testing Capabilities

As part of our service to our corporate customers we are able to provide an on-line testing faciltiy for candidates.

Daily duties:

- Effectively managing and resolving all customer correspondence / issues by phone and email

- Working to agreed service levels and targets whilst ensuring service to customers is second to none

- Ensuring all issues and complaints are resolve during first contact

- Managing and updating internal customer databases and sensitive information


To be considered for these role you must tick all the following requirements: (if not then you cannot be considered)

- Excellent clear written and spoken skills

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish

- Experience of managing Customer Service queries and complaints within an office environment

- Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone

- The ability to resolve all queries and complaints by telephone and email

- Be immediately available with no pre-booked holiday for the first 3 months of employment
